The Collegiate Science & Technology Program (CSTEP) is an academic enrichment program developed to promote students’ academic success in preparing for professional licensure or careers in scientific, technical, or health related fields.
The Mission of the Morrisville State College CSTEP program is to cultivate student interest and performance in
majors leading to careers in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) fields and/or licensed professions.
CSTEP promotes student success through personal, professional and academic development and programmatic guidelines.
Improving grades, Access to our computer lab and quiet study area, Peer tutoring and study groups, Book awards and Workshops delivered to enhance Study Skills, Time Management, etc.
CSTEP Statewide Conference, Field Trips, Guest Speakers, Mentoring Opportunities, Professional Development Workshops, Networking, Paid Fellowship/Internship Opportunities.
Encouragement, Fun, Family Atmosphere, Community Service, Friendship, Self-discovery.
CSTEP is funded through a grant from the New York State Department of Education. Additional support is provided by the Sheila C. Johnson Foundation.
